570FireRadio is operated by NEPA Fire Photography LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as (“DBA”) 570FireRadio. All references to 570FireRadio in these Terms of Use refer to NEPA Fire Photography LLC.
Summary
570FireRadio provides live public safety scanner audio as a service to Northeast Pennsylvania residents and interested parties. By subscribing and using our service, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully. Our service is provided on a best effort basis with no guarantee of continuous availability. All sales are final. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion, especially to support public safety or in the event of misuse or violations of these terms.
1. Purpose and Responsible Use
570FireRadio is designed to keep Pennsylvania residents and stakeholders informed about local public safety activity. Our feeds are intended to increase transparency and public awareness regarding emergency events and the work of first responders in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
User Responsibilities:

Informational Use Only:
Audio and information from this service are for your personal information and situational awareness. This service should not be relied upon for emergency notification or response, nor as a substitute for official public safety communications. -
Do Not Interfere:
Under Pennsylvania law and for public safety, you must not use information from this service to interfere with or impede emergency operations.-
Do not travel to the scene of incidents based on scanner traffic.

Do not use scanner information to evade law enforcement, road closures, or public safety measures.

Do not share sensitive details on social media or elsewhere in ways that could compromise emergency response or privacy.

Intended Audience:
The radio communications broadcast on this service are intended for authorized emergency personnel and not the general public. You may hear sensitive or confidential information—please respect the privacy of first responders and those involved in incidents. -
Legal and Ethical Use:
You must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding scanner use, including Pennsylvania statutes.
It is illegal in Pennsylvania to use a police radio or scanner in the commission of a criminal act. Misuse or violation of these laws may result in termination of your access and possible prosecution.
Do not rebroadcast, record, or distribute scanner content from 570FireRadio without written permission. This service is strictly for personal, lawful use.
2. Service Availability and Best Effort Disclaimer
570FireRadio provides services on a best effort basis. We strive to deliver reliable and high-quality access, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Reception quality and uptime may be affected by factors including (but not limited to):

Weather conditions (storms, lightning, snow)

Power outages

Utility or internet disruptions

Equipment failure or maintenance

Radio interference or changes in public safety infrastructure
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues, but there may be times when service is temporarily unavailable or degraded.
3. Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
No refunds will be issued for subscriptions under any circumstances. By subscribing, you accept this policy.
If you experience problems with your feed, please contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to help resolve issues, but cannot provide credits, refunds, or extensions for service interruptions.
4. User Conduct

Accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared.

Users must not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service.

Sharing your login or publicly streaming content without permission is prohibited.

You must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Use.
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning of your account, without refund or notice, at the sole discretion of 570FireRadio.
5. Service Suspension, Content Removal, and Enforcement
570FireRadio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily suspend, disable, or block access to any feed, service, or account, or to remove recordings or content from the platform if we determine it is in the best interest of emergency service personnel or public safety. This may include, but is not limited to:

Incidents where radio traffic contains sensitive information

Active tactical operations

Any situation where continued public access could interfere with emergency response or endanger individuals
We also reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these Terms of Use, applicable laws, or for any abuse, misuse, or conduct deemed harmful to the service or its users.
These actions may be taken without prior notice and without liability to subscribers. No refunds will be issued if your account is suspended or banned due to violations.
Our first priority is to support the safety and effectiveness of first responders and the well-being of the community.
6. Changes to Terms
570FireRadio may update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
